• Billing information. Payment details are processed by our payment providers; we store the billing records, not your full card number.
• Content you bring into the platform. Your contacts, funnels, pages, emails, courses, and messages. This data belongs to you; we host and process it to run the service.
• Usage information. Log data, device and browser type, IP address, and how you interact with the product, collected to keep the service secure and improve it.
• Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, preferences, and analytics.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the MaxFunnels platform.
• Process payments and send transactional messages such as receipts and service notices.
• Send SMS, voice, email, and AI features you initiate through the platform, via our carrier and infrastructure partners.

Your customers' data

When you import contacts or collect leads through MaxFunnels, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your instructions to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people and for honoring their opt-outs.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, SMS and voice carriers, analytics), with your consent, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, you can export your contacts, pages, and content first; we delete or anonymize account data within a reasonable period after closure, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
